Workplace Emergency Notification System

Lisle Corporation operates an internal workplace emergency notification system that broadcasts emergency announcements over the facility public address (PA) system and provides supplemental SMS notifications to designated department heads and emergency response personnel.

The SMS service is intended to ensure that designated personnel receive critical emergency information when they are offsite or unable to hear facility announcements.

Information Collected

Lisle Corporation collects and maintains employee names, mobile telephone numbers, and SMS consent records for employees participating in the emergency notification system.

Mobile telephone numbers may be associated with company-issued or personally owned devices.

SMS consent is obtained directly by Lisle Corporation from each participating employee before SMS notifications are enabled.

Use of Information

Mobile telephone numbers are used exclusively to deliver workplace emergency notifications and emergency notification system tests.

Notifications may include tornado warnings, medical emergencies, hazardous material spills, evacuations, and other urgent workplace safety situations.

Message frequency varies depending on emergencies and system testing. Message and data rates may apply.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, share, or provide mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile telephone numbers may be provided to authorized service providers solely as necessary to deliver emergency SMS notifications. These service providers are permitted to use the information only as necessary to provide the SMS notification service and not for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting Out

Employees may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to a message.

For assistance, employees may reply HELP or contact their designated Lisle Corporation supervisor or system administrator.

Privacy

Lisle Corporation maintains employee mobile telephone information and SMS consent information only for the purposes described in this policy.

The SMS emergency notification system is not used for marketing, advertising, or promotional communications.
