Workplace Emergency Notification System
Lisle Corporation operates an internal workplace emergency notification system that broadcasts emergency announcements over the facility public address (PA) system and delivers supplemental SMS notifications to designated employees.
Program Description
SMS notifications are intended for designated department heads, emergency response personnel, and other authorized employees who require notification of workplace emergencies.
Notifications may include tornado warnings, medical emergencies, hazardous material spills, evacuations, and other urgent workplace safety situations.
SMS messages may also be sent during scheduled emergency notification system tests.
Message Frequency
Messages are sent only when workplace emergencies occur or when the emergency notification system is being tested.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Participation and Consent
Employees designated to receive SMS notifications provide consent directly to Lisle Corporation before SMS notifications are enabled.
Consent applies to the employee's designated company-issued or personal mobile telephone number.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Participation in the SMS notification service is not used to authorize marketing, advertising, or promotional communications.
Opt-Out Instructions
Employees may reply STOP at any time to discontinue receiving SMS notifications.
Employees who opt out should notify their supervisor or designated company administrator so alternative emergency communication arrangements can be considered.
Assistance
Employees may reply HELP for assistance with the SMS notification service.
Employees may also contact their designated Lisle Corporation supervisor or system administrator or use the Contact Us page on the Lisle Corporation website.
Message Delivery
SMS notifications supplement the facility emergency announcement system and are not intended to replace established workplace emergency procedures.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
